Icings
As they say, it's the icing on the cake that makes the cake! And that holds true here as well. Choices include:
Vanilla/Almond Buttercream - Our own special recipe, handed down from Grandma Clara, this fluffy icing is not too sweet and blends perfectly with our cake. This is the standard icing used on all cakes and cupcakes, unless requested otherwise.
Buttercream Variations:
caramel, butterscotch, chocolate, raspberry, mint, cream cheese
Cakes - additional $5-12, depending on size
Cupcakes - typically an additional $2-3/dozen.
Due to the softer nature and lower melting point of cream cheese, decoration options are limited when using cream cheese buttercream (i.e., flower top cupcakes are only available in a rose).
Note: cream cheese buttercream must be kept refrigerated until close to serving time.
Cream Fillings
Buttercream frosting is the standard filling used between layer cakes. However, if you're looking for something extra special, try one of our cream fillings in your cake or cupcakes. Once you try it, you'll love it!!

Cakes - additional $8-12, depending on size
Cupcakes - typically an additional $2-3/dozen.

Chocolate Mint -- Chocolate cake, topped with a mint flavored buttercream frosting and chopped Andes mints.

Champagne Cake -- Our delicious white cake, with a cream filling, topped with a swirl of buttercream frosting. $24/doz (minimum order of 2 dozen)
